Our water expertise began in 1986, when Dilip Kadam founded Aquacell in water treatment systems. Pool Exotica was born in 2004 as demand for pools grew among hotels and resorts. Today we have completed 450+ projects and created 13.95 lakh+ sq. ft. of pools.

Yes. We prepare execution-ready 2D construction drawings (layout, levels, hydraulic and electrical positioning) and photorealistic 3D renderings showing water effects, materials, lighting, depths, steps and finishes – so you can approve the design before site work begins.

Every water body is custom-designed to the client’s space, budget and lifestyle, so cost depends on size, structure, finishes, filtration and equipment. We assess substrate integrity and stress points, apply flexible heavy-duty waterproofing membranes built to withstand hydrostatic pressure, seal hairline cracks and cold joints, and finish tiles with high-grade epoxy grouting to block moisture penetration.

Scheduled system audits and care, water health and hygiene management (continuous monitoring and chemical balancing), mechanical and filtration overhauls (cleaning, backwashing and servicing of pumps, filters, sand beds and dosing units), and priority emergency response for breakdowns.

We work with a trusted network of vendors and suppliers including Palladio, Italia Glass Mosaic, Emaux and AstralPool, using chemical-resistant, anti-slip tiles and eco-friendly pumps and filtration systems built for aquatic environments.
